I am using a third party plugin that allows an online designer for users in the front end. They can create designs such as business cards etc. I would like to know if Matomo would collect personal data or PII from the online designer front end? e.g. if someone were to write their email address on a business card design. If so, how would Matomo collect this data, would it only be from recording sessions? And would I require user consent for tracking if this was the case, even though I anonymise IP, replace user IDs with pseudonyms and also anonymise order IDs?
