Pages with special characters are not tracked

Hello,

I have noticed that some pages with some special characters in the the tag do not show up in Piwik. Here are two examples of page title that I cannot find in my Piwik install:

  • Les lauréats du “Prix pour les Jeunes Chercheurs” (SdV) de la “Fondation Bettencourt Schueller” choisissent majoritairement les Etats-Unis comme destination : in this case, the brackets might be the issue
  • IIT un acteur au cœur de l’innovation pour les énergies propres : in this case the special character œ might be the issue

I tried to search these pages in the “Page Title” section. I was not able to find their URL too in the “Page” section.

My piwik version is 2.14.3
