I hope I can explain my question properly. I am checking the page views on a webpage on our Intranet. Only one page was created with the name e.g. thispage.aspx
But in the Matomo page results it shows two versions of the page with different results. One with a lowercase first letter and one with a capital first letter. Why is this happening as there is only one version of the page on our site?.
