I understand the new Page Overlay feature is still Beta, but it’s not working for me. I wonder if it has to do with us using a CMS, specifically Plone where we only add the tracker code in one spot, site setup, and that ensures each page gets tracked. However, when trying to run the Page Overlay in Piwik, it says:
"The Page Overlay session couldn’t be launched yet.
Maybe the page loaded on the right doesn’t have the Piwik tracker code. In this case, try launching Overlay for a different page from the pages report. "
Makes me wonder if it has something to do with how a CMS (like Plone or Joomla, etc.) uses the tracker code vs a traditional site?
Thoughts?
