Opt-out not work when RequestMethod POST is set

Not sure if it is a bug, but it is happen in last Piwik version 1.7.1

If the following feature is set in the tracking code
piwikTracker.setRequestMethod(‘POST’);
opt-out does not work, although debug says “Visitor excluded” it records the visits in database
