I installed Matomo for WordPress a couple of weeks ago, but I see that the software tracks only registered users’ visits, not anonymous. Where could I have gone wrong?

Can you check that the tracker is ok?
Or maybe it’s an archiving problem?
Are you behind a proxy?
Is the real time visitor log ok?

Hi Mat, thank you for your answer. I suspect that the cause is Clodflare. Reading this article I understand that I should ask my hosting provider to install the mod_remoteip on the server.
I have solved it. For the benefit of the community, if your website is under Cloudflare, you must set your web server following these instructions.
