Only Direct Traffic coming through - getting a 404 error when pushing organic

Piwik only shows direct traffic. I went through all the steps piwik.org suggested.

When I run fiddler, I notice a 404 error pushing the organic data back to piwik. This is why its not registering. Can anyone help me understand why Im getting a 404 error when pushing organic or paid data back to piwiwk instance?

one reason I could think of: check your server error logs. It could be a mod security bug.

checked error logs in cpanel. site is clean

Issue was Hostgator and getting mod_security whitelisted. Issue now resolved.
