Not tracking visitors

Hi guys, I am not sure why the new install of Matomo 3.3.0 is not working ,it is not detecting anything.
It only detected one visitor and I tested from my cellphone and work network ( 2 extra IP’s ) and is not detecting anything.
I know for sure that I have more than that, because on Google Analytics I had about 200+ unique visitors a day.

What could be wrong?

It was a security policy thing, for https, it blocked external services, including google fonts and google analytics and google adsense.

Added the following meta tag for people to use in the future:

<meta http-equiv="Content-Security-Policy" content="style-src 'self' 'unsafe-inline' http://fonts.googleapis.com; font-src 'self' https://fonts.gstatic.com;">
