Not capturing data in IE 11

Hi,
I cannot see any tracking from IE 11 and firefox even though i have removed from compatibility mode in IE.help me out in this regard.And i have installed self signed certificate in staging environment.

Can you check the browsers developer tools on the tracked website and check if there are errors on the JS console or failed requests in the network tab.

we tried but it is not working still.We understood it is due to SSL issue.

Can you provide more details? What have you tried? What do you mean due to SSL issue?

Have you checked the piwik domain on https://www.ssllabs.com/? Does it report any errors?

We hosted piwik on http but the website is hosted on https and so IE visit does not get captured.We need to install SSL

Hi,

Indeed no website using HTTPS is allowed to include any non-secure resources as it would undermine the whole security. But that is true for every browser and not only IE and Firefox.
