Non Receipt of daily analysis reports

Hey there!!

I am currently using Matomo version 3.2.0. And I am unable to receive the daily analysis report even after editing the settings as required.

Please enlighten on how this problem can be rectified.

Are you able to receive the email when you try to send it manually?

No. I am unable to receive the mail manually too.

In that case I’d double check if the email settings are correct and if the server is able to connect to the SMTP server in case you are using SMTP.

Mine is SSL SMTP and I have the port to 465. But still in vain.
I have tried all ways.
