No visits in widget "Visits by server time" - Piwik 1.7.1

We have more than 40 sites in our piwik.
In some of them, the widget “visits by server time” has time ranges without visits.
For example, in the file attached, between 2h/3h there is no visits but in the previous and the next range there are visits… and web page was fully alive I mean on, in that range
Any help will be welcome.

To you see other reports that show visits during this time period ?

I thought taht the issue is related on the change in time on Sunday 25. From 2am to 3am there is no visits because that hour didnt exists… but I was wrong

The error happens in other days…

The error only happens in “Server time” widget.

In the file attached compares two dates (26/02/2012 and 25/02/2012). On the 25th the “server time” widget the range missed is between 23:00/0:00. On the 26th, the range missed is 2:00/3:00am

If you delete datas in database and regenerate stats from logs, does it show same issue ?

I deleted the two Mysql tables piwik_archive_* for the specific month containing the dates to re-process… and nothing… piwik shows same results in those bar graphics.

What can I do?

Costumer are complaining about this issue… any help is welcome.

What are the days concerned ? Since when does it happen? Various time range or always 2am?

It was only in two days.

Rest of the month was perfect

I have just checked the apache log file in that problematic hour, between 2am and 3am… and… there is traffic:

it looks like a problem with changing to summer time on server… maybe a dismatch between timezone in php, mysql, host what else…

I don’t see why then.
