No new data after upgrade to 4.5

Dear Matomo support,

After upgrading from Matomo 3.13 to 4.5 (on premise), we can login in to the backend but we see no new stats are previewed in the backend. We can’t find any error’s on the server and see the request coming in on the server. The old data is still there.

Matomo-versie: 4.5.0
MySQL-versie: 5.5.68-MariaDB
PHP-versie: 7.3.29

Is this a known issue? I hope someone can help

Problem is solved, we forgot our firewall.

The setting were changed in the config ini file after the update for the “proxy client headers” our own IP was excluded :stuck_out_tongue:

Solution was to add (again):
proxy_client_headers[] = HTTP_WAF_FORWARDED_FOR
proxy_client_headers[] = HTTP_LB_FORWARDED_FOR
proxy_client_headers[] = HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR
