Go to Visitors > Visitor log and select the current year of data. do you see data being tracked?

also, I get this error by mail all the time

Check: 301 Moved Permanently
Looks almost the same, at least the error is the same. So that message could help.

Dan, check your server error log file, do you see a message there?
