When I check my dashboard in word press it says wp-piwik successfully connected to piwik 3.2.0 running wordpress 4.8.2. Yet when I hit the webpage from my phone, it doesn’t show, nothing shows on graph , or all the other metrics. I am wondering what I am missing.

Is the tracking working correctly (when you check the graphs directly in Piwik)?
If yes, this seems like an issue with WP Piwik, and you should contact the developer of it: (I am not sure if the author is reading this forum)
