New installing white page (V2.6.1)

Hello,

I have a blank page with the new update 2.6.1.

In the console I have:
GET {URL} 500 (Internal Server Error).

I delete all the database data and a reinstall of 0, but same thing, white page after I put the 777 permission to the folder and subfolder “tmp”.
