New installation error 1045

I am getting the welcome page up with the first next button. When I press it the error is comming up:

Piwik encoutered an error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded (which lead to: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Access denied for user ‘’@‘localhost’ (using password: NO))

This is on the first system check before the database is set up.
in the file: piwik/index.php?action=systemCheck

I did extend the PHP max time to 300 and got to the next page.
