Need to create three level event plugin

Hi I’m developing an addon plugin for my piwik .

I need 3 level widget

Event Category
Event Action
Event Name

Right now it exist only with secondary level , When I try to customize the code I mean to make it three level I got an error every time when I update code .

Please Suggest , I hope piwik have a Active community . Thanks
