My Piwik Visitor Hit Count suddenly drop from 2 Mil hit to 5000 hit since March 2016

Hi I need help in solving this wired incident. We are using Piwik version 1.12 customized with java to analyzed all of our Apache logs. The problem occur since last March 2016 where the total of our visitor hits have dropped more than 90% in which previously we had 2 millions hits a month and now it’s only show 5000 hit’s for the month of march 2016. I have checked the server log and the Apache logs and there are no error reported in their logs. Please advice what should we do to resolve this issue.

Please upgrade to 2.16.0 where tracking works much better and stable than in 1.X
