Multiple Tracking Codes in a single page

Will putting more then one set of tracking codes on a single page function properly.

Details:

I have a wordpress multisite customer who has several subdomains. I would like to setup a site in piwik for the entire environment (*.wordpressdomain.com), then insert a second block of tracking code for an individual subdomain (domain1.wordpressdomain.com). This way I can setup individual user access for a specific subdomain, while at the same time keeping track of the entire environment.
