Why do you have to sync the container js- files when using multiple matomo servers? I can maybe understand the config.php.ini, but the other files are all created using the gui. When a request comes to one of the servers and there is no physicla copy or the physical copy is old, why dont the server create an cache this script. It uses the same db?
Very weird solution having to sync the physical files when they are generated?
Hi @Jonas_Rosqvist
When you manage MTM container, you (as a user) interact on one server, that will update its own container.js
file. Then the container.js
file of the second server won’t be up-to-date!
In my case, I use (for PHP config file and javaScript files folder) a symbolic link to a shared resouece.
