MTM attributes traffic from other sources such as Direct


I share that I have seen a 30% drop in organic traffic to a website but a 30% increase in direct traffic. I suspect that this percentage of loss of organic visits has been attributed to the direct traffic. I am looking for information to justify the causes but I can’t find anything.

If you have any idea about this issue. We already know the probability that the analytical tools do not know the origin of the traffic for any reason and how common it is that it is attributed to the direct.
