I am moving to a new server. From Hostgator to a new VPS. Do you have any suggestions for moving PIWIK without loosing too much data.

is there a way to merge data from one piwik to another? It may be easier to do a new install and import data from the old server. Is that possible?

thanks, not sure how I missed the FAQ (:P)

I will be doing something similar to a “reinstall” as the domain name won’t change. Just the server.
