Missing dimension: Server time - Minute (Start of visit)

For the last dimension I would like to use server time, not local time – but it does not exist…? Weirdly, it does exist for “end of visit”, just not “start of visit”. Anyone know why not? Seems like a bug.

Also, for “end of visit” local time is not available for the minute dimension. So it seems impossible to have matching reports for the starts and ends of visits.

This is a headache for us, because the numbers per minute are out of sync in the two reports. We use them to calculate a running total of active visitors by the minute, but when they are not in sync it does not work.
