Migrating from Piwik Pro 3.11 to Matomo

LS,

Is it possible to use an (large!!) Piwik Pro 3.11 database with Matomo? And if so, what should I do to get things working?

(changed the database section in config.ini.php to the ‘old’ database, ran a core:update which did finish succesfully, but the dasboard shows no historical tracking data at all though users/sites etc are present)

Help would be very much appreciated!

Hi,

In theory migrating should work.

Make sure the archive_numeric and archive_blob tables are in your database.

Otherwise I’d recommend you to contact the Matomo support for more support on that migration.

Thanks. After ‘upgrading’ Piwik Pro to Matomo everything seems to work fine!
