Matomo with GTM and CMP (third party)

Hello,

I use GTM for Matomo beacon integration which reports the same stats as on Google Analytics which is limited to 70% of visits, which corresponds to the opt-in rate of the CMP tool (OneTrust).

My need is to be able to respect the rules of the CNIL while having 100% of the volume of visitors.

TagManager triggers me the Matomo tag only if cookie choice other than “necessary” how to make it trigger me all the time, while respecting the CNIL?

If you want to use Matomo, why don’t you use MTM instead of GTM?
