Installed a clean 3.8.1 version on my web server hosting package. Has no shell access, so this must be entirely secure. I could not login via FTPS today, the site was offline and I have real problems to access the analytics page. The performance is incredibly slow and I often see only a white page by accessing the matomo page on my site.
