I have been using Piwik/Matomo for a number of years and it works fine. At this moment I am building a Joomla 3 website for a Russian client, with a .ru domain: https://www.gidvamsterdame.ru
For some unknown reason I don’t get any results in Matomo from this site. I have tried the nrfpiwik plugin for Joomla, I have pasted the Matomo tracking code into the template index.php and when I open the page source the script seems to load just fine and in the console I don’t get any errors that seem related.
If you have any suggestions, I would be much obliged.
