Hello, we are using Matomo 4.2.1. and have a problem with session timeouts. When we want to evaluate page overlays, after a short time we get a message that the session has expired due to inactivity and this is independent of browser, user or role of the user. There are also no errors in logs and the system check is fine. Unfortunately, an evaluation of page overlays is not possible this way. We have found the description of a similar problem in the forum, with solution about rewriting a .htaccess. None of our Matomo .htaccess files correspond to the content of the .htaccess described in the solution. Therefore, unfortunately, this solution does not help us. Is it possible to increase the session time in Matomo or is the problem and a solution known?
