May I know the reason Matomo On-premise set up in app service installation is vanished.
Need to do the installation set up again. What may be the reason.

According to my understanding, you installed Matomo on-primse and due to some reason it is deleted, and now you want to ask why it is deleted, Is it so ?
Yes. Using docker compose deployed matomo to app service. And done all the initial setup. After few months again asking for initial setup. Old set up has gone.

Can you expand on what you mean by “app service”? Have you tried contacting your hosting provider? They probably know your setup far better than we can.
