The following error exists does anyone have any ideas how to fix this issue.

Hi,

Can you check the network tab in your browsers developer tools. It seems like the requests to a file like site.directive.html is failing.

If it returns a 403, check your webserver config if it contains any rules about not allowing requests to .html files (e.g. if you installed Matomo in a subdirectory and the .htaccess of the main directory contains such a rule)
