Manual report html email works but automatic don't

Good morning,
I’ve got installed Piwik 3.0.1 on vps with Cpanel (php 7.0 and 512Mb memory_limit).
As I wrote in the subject manual report html email works but automatic don’t.
I tried everything but I don’t understand which is the problem. Is there any one could help me out here???

I have exactly the same problem.
No automatic reports with 3.0.1 and alos with 3.0.2 b3 on a fresh instalation.
Manual reports are ok.
Has anyone a idea what the problem could be?
