I’ve installed Piwik and the Joomla tracking is fine, now I’m tracking 3 Joomla sites so far.
But I have problems with the Magento integration. I’ve installed the integration plugin from Magento Connect, I’ve set the tracking settings, but I can’t see the Piwik tracking code in the page source. There’s no sign of Piwik in the frontend.
Is something wrong with the integration plugin?
Well, I had to move the block definition from piwikanalytics.xml to page.xml footer block section.

If still the issue has not been resolved, You can ask Cloudways customer support team. I am using Magento hosting on their managed console, I manage all my issues through their platform and for technical things, their support team always help me.
