I’ve just tried out Mint, Clicky, OWA and Piwik. Unfortunately for me, Piwik shows virtually no entries in referrers. Almost all the traffic is “direct” entry, which is just not the case. Each day shows 1 search engine and 1 keyword. It’s very disappointing because it did other things pretty well.
In addition, it doesn’t seem to capture all the visits and visitors either. It’s consistently lower than in Mint and in Google Analytics. I had this problem with older versions of Piwik too and not sure why this is the case. Disappointing in otherwise pretty great free open source software. I need reliability and am willing to pay a little for it.
