Login Page Blank from remote PC

Good Day

I have completed my Piwik installation on a local server and can login fine on the server, but when i try to access the website from my remote pc on the same network, i get a blank/failed login page. See attachment

please upgrade to 2.11.0-RC where this bug should be fixed: 301 Moved Permanently
