We use Piwik 2.4.0 and we can’t see anymore statistics for a data range of 1 month. For example if I choose as month June, the widgets (like Operating system, browser version etc.) remain in loading status forever and the usage of the server seems to be at 90-100%.
Is it this problem known, can you please help me somehow?

Our widgets specifically ‘pages’ are taking forever to load too with ver 2.4.0.

This appears to be an issue with report generation taking too much processing time and the browser timing out. I’m not sure, but from the number of people reporting similar issues, it seems like this might be an issue introduced in 2.4.0.
Anyway, it’s not ideal, but there’s a workaround for now that I describe in detail here: 301 Moved Permanently
I’d guess that the reason months are a problem but not weeks or days is because they take more processing to run.
