Is the dashboard completely loading or is the page loading things until it times out? - If it times out, can you check out (with firebug) exactly which request times out / causes the error?
no the dashboard finishes loading in maybe 3-5 secs at least firefox isnt giving me any indication that its still working…but when i look at “top” on the server i see apache2 using 100% cpu time for another 2-3minutes still though.
i hadnt thought about firebug yet.
firebug told me that something with geoip was still loading. i deactivated geoip plugin and now it doesnt go up to 100%. i need to do some other work right now and will check it further at a later time. i report back here when i testet it more.

well iam not sure whats going on. like i said the high cpu load vanished when i disabled geoip plugin, BUT i activated it again and still everything is fine…not sure what to make of it, but thanks anyway.
