I am running MS Visual Studio load tests against a web server monitored by Piwik. If we login manually with same user as load test, activity is captured by Piwik. But the http requests generated and successful responses from the load test traffic do not show any activity in Piwik.

Piwik does not monitor webservers. What are you doing exactly?
I am tring to get my load test to trigger the webanalytics script. I want the actions performed by the load test user to get captured by web analytics so we can determine the how closely the actual load from the test matches what is seen for the web application in production.
…and how do you perform those load tests? We don’t know your setup and can therefore only guess.
