Live map not working

Hello

I have piwik 2.0.2 installed on my server. Everything seems working fine even real time visitors but only not working Live Visitors Map! I checked visitors is in the site but live map not showing that. Please let me know how can I solve this issue.

Have you setup geo location? Geo Locate your visitors - Analytics Platform - Matomo
