Listing user IP:s in a table (only two possible values)

I have an application within VPN, so that the logged IP’s shown on Matomo are only to the jump server that the users use to log into the VPN. Now I would need to make a table showing the number of logins through these two jump servers. I can see the IP for the users logs, but I cannot find a variable for the IP to use for a table (which of course makes sense if typically everyone has their own IP). Is there any other means to make the table, except for defining a custom variable of the IP and then list them?

The data I need seems to track into “location_ip” column in matomo_log_visit; what variable does that show in the GUI? I tried “Visitor IP”, but it seems to have one value only.
