A question about plugin distribution that is concerning licensing:
If I am developing a plugin that uses Piwik API, should I provide the source code? I am not distributing Piwik, just the plugin.
In a relation to that, can I sell the plugin?

No, you do not have to release under GPL license. You do not have to give the source code.
Yes, you can sell the plugin! In fact in the future (next year or so) we would like to open the Marketplace to paid plugins.
