[Licence] Do I need publish my source code if I use tracking code?

As far as I know that Piwik use GPL licence, I have to public my source code if I use Piwik. I still got some confusion about that.

  1. I want to develop a plugin which access the even tracking of Piwik and display the statistics in my own way. The plugin will be part of my commercial website. Do I have to publish the plugin’s source code if I distribute the website?

  2. I use Javascript code traking event to track event start and end of a process on my web page. Do I need publish my source code of that page?

  3. Lastly, if I use Piwik API integrate in my code to tracking and monitoring web site, I don’t build on Piwik, it’s just used as admin tools to monitoring. Do I need publish my source code of web site?

you can build a New plugin that is closed source / private / secret plugin… Your new custom plugin does not have to be under GPL.
