LanguagesManager Plugin Not found in piwik 2.10.0!

Hi,

in Plugin List of piwik admin, not exist LanguagesManager !!! piwik 2.10.0

I’ve checked the plugins folder, LanguagesManager folder is there, But in Plugin List of piwik admin not found and not activate !!!

Apparently Not Working !!!
