Is it save to remove ALL query parameters?

can i patch Action.php to remove all of the query parameters? would it be usefull to have a global config option to remove all of the parameters and not just the list of parameters you can specify in the gui?

will this also mean a reduced database usage?

Markus can you please create a ticket for feature request, I agree we should provide this (for example putting * in the excluded parameters)
