The organization I work for offers individual departments their own Matomo instance, so that they can track visitors to their respective departmental websites.
I run a departmental website and I would like to track what people are using our internal search to search for.
By default, Matomo will read a URL and look for a parameter with any of the following names: q, query, s, search, searchword, k, keyword
However, I would like to specify different parameter names.
To do this, I need to access Matomo’s Global websites settings (Administration > Websites > Settings).
But unfortunately, I do not have superuser access.
Is there any way that our organization can add permissions for me to access this feature (so that I can specify a custom query string parameter), without making me a superuser?
