I have installed the GEO IP plugin.
But the country/city name shown by this plugin are compteley WRONG!
I myself was the first ever visitor to the site, and when I checked visitor database, it shows the visitor has logged into the site from Great Britian, when actually I am situated at Mumbai, India.
What to do? Is it something wrong at my end.
If this is the case (if my own ip is shown as UK ip) the purpose of having this geoip plugin is not solved.

you’ll have to report the problem to the data source provider (eg Maxmind). Even then, there are stated limitations to the accuracy of the geolocation data.
Good news: GeoIP is now integrated in Piwik, enabling Accurate Visitors Geolocation in your Analytics reports. To enable GeoIP go to the Settings > Geolocation admin page, and follow the short instructions.
You can also get an even more accurate Country & City Database from here to enjoy top accuracy in detecting your visitors locations.
