I’ve installed piwik, and now to complete the install it’s asking for my username and password.
Where do I get a username and password from?
I tried the “forgot password” selection to reset it, but then it doesn’t accept what I reset it to.
Should I be using the ftp login details that I use for my website?
ok I’ve managed to log in, and I’ve now added the javascript on my site.
Is there anything else I need to do to start collecting data?
I’d like to ensure ecommerce tracking will work, and I’m using mals ecommerce third party shopping cart.
I have this message when doing the diagnostic check:
You need to configure and rebuild PHP with “iconv” support enabled, --with-iconv.
Could someone help pls. and clarify what this means and how to fix it?
