Installation: system check stopped with internal server error

HI there, I installed Matomo 3.7 fine on my test server. Same configuration on live server.
MysQL 5.7.21;
PHP 7.2.13;
Windows server 2016
no php log is created logs are on. matomo directory all file read/write
Any more ideas?

An internal server error will always produce an error log. Please make sure that your error log settings are correct.

It looks like there is a timeout somethere while doing the system check. Sadly no one here can help you with that kind of problems without an actual error.

You should open a support ticket by your hoster and asking for help (to atleast get an error log).
