Install on server 1 and record stats from #2?

Hi there, just a noob question cause don’t want to install and figure this out the long way:

Is it simple installing Piwik on server #1 with a different domain, recording stats from other domains on my second server?
Just configure the users and their JS-code and done?

First, you dont need to create users unless you want to give access to other people.
Second, yes, the Piwik can be anywhere and track stats on any site where you can modify the pages to include the proper tracking code.
