Inernal Server Error Update 3.5.1 -> 3.6.0

Thank you. The result :

Everything is already up to date.

Then, despite the errors above, the update process seems to be completed.

The only thing I get now is a white page. I need to access the URL several times and hit the reload button. Is this a matomo issue or a hosting provider issue?

And if I access the stats … I get lots of errors.

What’s the difference between the matomo builds and the piwik builds since piwik is now matomo?

Why do Mac developers always make it so complicated for Mac users?

A simple file upload.

Errors below may be due to a partial or failed upload of Matomo files. → Try to reupload all the Matomo files in BINARY mode. ←

. . .

It worked at the beginning and now … total chaos … without even touching the piwik folders on the server

I re-installed version 3.6.0 on his-aero-col-par.com.

I was using panic.com FTP client but it seems they have a problem with BINARY MODE
uploads even though their fancy Mac FTP client is so intelligent to choose the Transfer
mode automatically.

I was using Cyberduck FTP client and re-uploaded the files to my web server and the error
log entries were gone. With the FTP client Panic Transmit from Apple. It didn’t work. I tried
it several times, deleting and re-uploading the files.

I was updating the Matomo tracking code on his-aero-col-par.com, re-uploaded the files to my
web server. I checked my website using dotcom website monitoring page load speed test.

But … strangely, the tracking code is now being tracked by Matomo cloud and not by my own
Matomo version installed on my web server.
