Individual Matrix (Name / Company / Email / IP)?

Wondering if someone can advize or direct me to any resources.

My goal is to basically track an Individuals action and how they arrived on our website… i.e. Did “John Smith” get to the website from the email or the printed marketing piece?

Is this level of detail available in Piwik? if so how would I go about setting this to include individuals information from say an excel spreadsheet of names we use to send our marketing material?

You will find the Visitor Profile maybe useful: The Visitor Profile - Analytics Platform - Matomo

if you know your users eg. they are logged in, you can assign a User ID: User ID - Analytics Platform - Matomo
